The process

How we make questions

You should know where your practice questions come from. They are written to feel like the exam: application, not recitation. Tempting wrong answers. A person reads every item that reaches you.

What we will not ship

  • Out

    No junk options

Options no hygienist would pick on any patient.

  • Out

    No length cues

Items you can pass by spotting the longest answer.

  • Out

    No skipped reads

A draft that skipped a person because a model already liked it.

How a question is made

  1. 01

Drafted from mistakes students actually make

Questions are drafted by AI. Wrong answers come from misconceptions students commonly hold. They are not throwaway options, jokes, or choices no hygienist would pick on any client.

  2. 02

    Checked by other AI models

Other AI models that did not write a question try it without seeing the key. Where they disagree, that is flagged for the person who reads it. Agreement is only a note. It is not a shortcut around a human.

  3. 03

    Sources, where one applies

Where a question rests on a specific guideline, we attach a source from the FDHRC published reading list and show it with the question. If a guideline changes, we can find the items that depend on it.

  4. 04

Read by a person. Every single one.

No question goes out automatically. A person reads every question that reaches you. One by one. That step is not optional.

  5. 05

And if we get one wrong

You can report a question in the app. A person reads every report. A question that is wrong gets fixed or removed.
